The Magician Project is Completed ! I Repeat: It's Completed !

For those who are wondering what The Magician Project is.

The Magician Project is a collaboration project between Talented Composer Andrew Rubin and I, presenting stunning music and animation!

It is a 2.5D Digital cut out animation, giving a sense of puppetry and traditional storybook telling.

After three months of hard work, we've finally came to a point that we are ready to present our film!

The set date for release is January 13th, 2016 !

I am Thom Lu, a 21 years old early graduate. I am very passionate towards the animation industry, especially towards televised animation series. I grew up babysat by Disney, CartoonNetwork, Studio Ghibli, Warner Bros, Japanese animated series and more. They became a great part of my childhood; where I realise, only watching them, is not enough to satisfy my passion towards cartoons. My goal in life is to participate and produce televised animation series with all my hearts for more children to learn, love, and enjoy animation.

These are all student works I've done during my study at Emily Carr University of Art & Design.

I graduated with Bachelor of Media Arts in Animation, 2015.
